1 March 2026:  After nearly 60 years a remarkable and historic act of Unity and  Dedication took place at St john De Britto Church, Narampady under the inspiring leadership of the Parish Priest. Nearly 300 Parishioners including Men, women, children, whole heartedly participated in a remarkable day of selfless service for the church.

The faithful after the Sunday Holy Mass and Meaningful Adoration joined hands in carrying out extensive renovation work ,which included the careful removal of old roof tiles, washing and cleaning, Painting ,roof maintenance work and replacement of the tiles .The spirit of dedication, teamwork,and sacrifice was truly appreciated.

This noble initiative beautifully reflectereflected the strong bond of community,deep faith, and unwavering love for the church was a living testimony of unity in action where everyone without minding any age limit contributed service with joy and commitment.

The Work was effectively co-ordinated along with Fr Anil Francis Pinto the parish Priest, Mr John Crasta the vice President,Mr Ravi Kumar Crasta the secretary,Mr Raju Steven  Crasta the ppc coordinator, all ward Gurkars,Skilled carpenters,Painters,and experienced Workers.Avila convent Sisters also contributed their selfless service.

22 February 2026:  The legion of Mary unit at St John De Britto Church Narampady organized  a compassionate visit to a sick family in the parish on the month of February 22 -2026. At 4.30 pm. The members gathered together to pray for the well being nd speedy recovery of the family member who was ill. They spent meaningful time with the family,offering word's of comfort, encouragement,and spritual support. The family expressed their heart felt gratitude for the prayers and concern shown by the unit members.this noble act strengthened the bond of unity and fellowship within the parish community

22 February 2026: Catechism day was celebrated on February 22-2026 with great joy and devotion. The celebration began with a Thanksgiving Holy Mass, thanking God for the blessings received throughout the year. Through the help of the Parish litrugy as well as Holy Bible committee members students actively participated in the litrugy making the celebration prayerful and meaningful. Rev Fr Anil Francis Pinto the parish priest was the main celebrant.

After the Holy Mass a stage programme organised . Various Variety programmes presented the students. Catechism exam, Best Record Book, Regular attendence, Daily Mass Winners were awarded. Catechism teachers were felicitated by offering the token of gratitude for the generous sevices rendered during the year. Rev Fr Anil Francis Pinto , the Parish Priest,Sri John Crasta the vice president,Sri Ravi Kumar Crasta the secretary,Sri Raju Stephan Crasta the coordinator of parish committees,Avila convent superior Sr Precilla D Souza, Br Lance Ferdinal ,Sr Precilla D Cunha the catechism coordinator, Sr Juliana D Cunha ,teachers,parents students witness the event.

Sr Precilla D Cunha proposed The welcome. Smt shanthi Crasta express the votes of gratitude. Smt Shobha Crasta beautifuly and creatively anchored the entire programme. At the end all were served soft drink and snacks.

21 December 2025: ICYM Narampady organized a “Christmas with Elders” program on 21st December, bringing together the senior citizens of the parish to celebrate the joy of Christmas. Nearly 65 senior citizens and 22 ICYM youths attended the event. 

The program began with a prayer song, followed by a warm welcome by President Linda D’Souza. The cake cutting marked the inauguration of the celebration. Fr. Anil Francis Pinto delivered an inspiring Christmas message and Sr Precilla wished happy Christmas.

The guests for the program included Fr. Anil Francis pinto parish priest,Sr. Precilla Dsouza Avila convent superior , Wilfred Monteiro vice president , Rajesh Lobo secretary , John Mervin ICYM animator , and Linda D’Souza ICYM president . Breakfast was served to all attendees, after which cultural programs and fun games were conducted. The grandparents had an opportunity to share their feelings and experiences, making the event more interactive and memorable. İshal Crasta delivered vote of thanks

The program concluded with the distribution of kuswar, leaving the elders with joy and festive spirit. The celebration was well appreciated and strengthened the bond between the ICYM members and the senior citizens of the parish.

8 December TO 19 DECEMBER 2025: ICYM Narampady conducted Christmas carol programs in 9 wards of the parish from 8th January to 19th January. A total of 15 ICYM youths actively participated in this outreach. During the carol visits, we gathered at one house in each ward to spread the message of Christmas through carol singing. Along with sharing the Good News of Christ’s birth, the youths presented cultural programs and conducted games for the ward members, creating a joyful and festive atmosphere. The program helped strengthen unity among the parishioners and spread the spirit of love, joy, and peace associated with Christmas.

14 December 2025: A Tug of War competition was held on 14th December 2025 in memory of late Fr. Daniel D Souza, sponsored by Mr. Cyril DSouza. The programme commenced at 12.00 noon with a prayer. The dignitaries present on the dais includ. Fr. Anil Francis Pinto, Parish Priest of Narampady Church, along with Fr. Claude Vas, Parish Priest of Bovikana, Deacon Nikhil, Sr. Precilla D'Cunha, and Sr. Precilla D Souza, Superior of Avila Convent, Narampady.

Vice President Wilfred Monteiro, Secretary Rajesh Lobo, Catholic Sabha Narampady Unit President Praveen Kumar Crasta, Secretary Vilas Crasta, and Kasaragod Varado Secretary Mr. Mani Bhushan. The programme was compered by Mr. Joseph Monteiro.

On the occasion, Catholic Sabha Narampady honoured individuals engaged in various social activities, namely Mr. Joseph Monteiro, Praveen Kumar Crasta, Ravi Kumar Crasta, and the sponsor Mr. Cyril D Souza. A total of 20 teams participated in the competition. Narampady team secured the 1st and 3rd prizes, while Kayyar team won the 2nd prize. The commentary was provided by Ajith Narayan, and the referee for the matches was Raju Badiadka. The main purpose of the competition was to raise funds to support ICYM for the upcoming Kalautsav .The programme concluded at 6.00 pm.

30 November 2025 Narampady: “Our Day for Our Future – Youth and Kids Day” was celebrated with great joy and enthusiasm at St.John Britto Church, Narampady, on 30th November 2025. The celebration began with the Holy Mass celebrated by Rev. Fr.Nilesh Crasta, Administrator of the Homeopathic Medical College and Hospital,Deralakatte, along with Rev. Fr. Anil Francis pinto, Parish Priest of St. John’s Britto Church, Narampady. Following the Holy Mass, the stage programme commenced. Rev. Fr. Anil Francis presided over the programme as President, with Rev. Fr. Nilesh Crasta as the Chief Guest. Also present on the dais were Catechism Coordinator Sr. Precilla D'Cunha, Avila Convent Superior Sr. Precilla D Souza, Vice President Mr. Wilfred Monteiro, Secretary Mr. Rajesh Lobo, and ICYM President Ms. Linda.

               The programme began with a prayer dance and lighting of the lamp. Sr Precilla D'Cunha welcomed everyone. The Chief Guest, President, Vice President, and Avila Convent Superior addressed the gathering, encouraging the youth and children to grow in faith and values. Mrs. Reshma Rose conducted the Programs and Ms Linda delivered the vote of thanks. 

The cultural programme featured dance, skits, and songs presented by students from LKG to ICYM, along with the support of teachers. The performances were well appreciated by the audience. The celebration concluded on a joyful note, highlighting the talents and enthusiasm of the youth and children.

Nov 30 2026:  The first meeting of the newly formed Parish Council was held on 30th November, immediately after the First Holy Mass. The meeting began with a prayer led by the Parish Priest, Fr. Anil Francis Pinto.

The gathering was attended by Vice President Mr. Wilfred Monteiro, Secretary Mr. Rajesh Lobo, Avila Convent Superior Sr. Precilla D’Souza, Fathima ALP School Headmistress Sr. Precilla D’Cunna, all ward Gurkars, ward representatives, presidents of various committees, and Small Christian Community animators.

During the meeting, the following new office bearers were selected:

• Vice President: Mr. Jhony Crasta

• Secretary: Mr. Ravi Kumar Crasta

• Coordinator: Mr. Raju Stephan Crasta

The Parish Priest expressed gratitude to the outgoing Vice President, Secretary, and Coordinator for their dedicated service. He also formally welcomed the newly appointed members. The meeting concluded successfully and peacefully.

30 Nov 2025: The Beginning of the Advent Season was observed on 30th May 2025 during the Holy Mass. The celebration began with the lighting of the purple Advent candle, symbolizing hope. The candle was lit by Fr. Anil Francis Pinto, who also explained its spiritual meaning and significance to the congregation.

The Holy Mass was solemnly celebrated, marking the start of the Advent journey, inviting the faithful to prepare their hearts with hope and prayer.

23 Nov 2025:The Adoration of the Cross service was devoutly conducted at St. John de Britto Church, Mangalore, on 23 November 2025. The prayer service was led by Rev. Fr. Roshan D’Cunha, Director of YCS, Mangalore Diocese, along with Mr. William D’Souza, Bela.

The adoration began at 4:30 PM with a soulful devotional hymn, setting a prayerful atmosphere. This was followed by the Way of the Cross, during which the faithful participated with deep reverence and reflection on the Passion of Christ. The service concluded with Intercessory Prayers, invoking blessings and spiritual strength for all families and individuals present. Many participants expressed a sense of spiritual renewal and inner peace through this prayerful experience. The adoration came to a close at 7:00 PM.

The Veneration of the Holy Cross was prayerfully conducted across all nine wards of the parish on different days. The faithful from every ward participated with great devotion and unity. Each day began with the solemn Procession of the Holy Cross, during which parishioners joined together in prayer, seeking God’s blessings for their families and community. After the procession, a one-hour adoration of the holy cross was offered, creating a deep spiritual atmosphere of silence, reflection, and thanksgiving.

At the end of the programme, dinner was served to all the devotees, providing an opportunity for fellowship and togetherness among the ward members. The Procession of the Holy Cross across all nine wards strengthened faith, unity, and active involvement in the life of the Church.

2 NOVEMBER 2025:  On the occasion of All Souls’ Day, November 2nd, ICYM Narampady organized a special prayer service for all departed souls. The service was held at 7:00 PM, during which members lit candles and offered prayers for the repose of the departed. Around 20 ICYM youths participated in the prayer service, coming together in faith and unity to remember and pray for the souls of the faithful departed.

2 November 2025: All Souls’ Day was devoutly observed at St. John the Britto Church, Narampady, on Sunday, November 2. The Holy Mass was celebrated by Rev. Fr. Ivan Crasta, who offered prayers for all the faithful departed.

During the Mass, Fr. Ivan reminded the congregation of the importance of praying for souls in purgatory and remembering our departed loved ones with faith and hope in the resurrection. After the Mass, all the devotees proceeded in a prayerful procession to the cemetery. Special prayers were offered there for the departed souls, asking God to grant them eternal rest and peace. The atmosphere was filled with devotion as families joined together to honor and remember their loved ones. The celebration strengthened the spirit of faith, love, and togetherness among the parish community.

1 November 2025: Saints’ Day was prayerfully celebrated at St. John the Britto Church,Narampady, on November 1st. The celebration began with the evening Mass at 4:00 p.m., presided over by Rev. Fr. Anil Francis.

In his message, Fr. Anil reminded the faithful that All Saints’ Day is a call for every Christian to live a life of holiness, inspired by the saints who followed Christ with faith, courage, and love. He encouraged the parish community to imitate the virtues of the saints in their daily lives and become examples of Christian witness.

The celebration created a meaningful atmosphere of devotion and unity as parishioners came together to honor all the saints of the Church. The day concluded with blessings and prayers for the spiritual growth of all families in the parish.

Mission Sunday was prayerfully celebrated at St. John the Britto Church, Narampadi, during the month of October. The celebration highlighted the theme “Missionaries All: Hope Among the People.”

The day began with a solemn Holy Mass, during which the faithful were reminded of their Christian duty to spread God’s love, peace, and hope in their families, community, and society. The homily emphasized that every believer is called to be a missionary through simple acts of kindness, service, and faith-filled living.

After the Mass, the parish community gathered joyfully for the traditional auction. Parishioners wholeheartedly participated by contributing various items and bidding generously. The auction created a spirit of unity and cooperation, and the proceeds will be used to support missionary activities and the needs of the Church

26 Oct 2025 :Mega Bible and General Quiz Competition

A Mega Bible and General Quiz was held on October 26, 2025, at Bovikkanam Church, organized by the Catholic Sabha Kasaragod Varado in association with the Bovikkanam unit. Participants from various parishes took part in the event.

Narampady Church secured the first place, followed by Mariyashram Church in second and Kasaragod Church in third place.
Representing Narampady Church were Praveen Kumar Crasta, Lilly Crasta, Jithesh, Jeshma, Reshma Rose, and Sophiya.

The event was a great success, promoting faith and knowledge among the participants.

12 Oct 2025 :The Legion of Mary celebrated their annual feast on October 12, 2025, at St. John de Britto Church. The celebration began with a holy mass, followed by a short stage programme organized by the members.

Parish Priest Rev. Fr. Anil Francis Pinto presided over the programme, along with Legion of Mary President Mrs. Celina, Secretary Mrs. Roseline, Animator Sr. Precilla D’Cunha, and Mr. Joseph Monteiro, who were present on the dais.

Mrs. Celina delivered the welcome address, after which Fr. Anil, in his presidential speech, encouraged all members to recite the Rosary daily, reminding that Mother Mary leads us closer to Jesus. He also urged members to participate regularly in the Saturday Rosary. During the celebration, the birthday of the Church Vice President was also joyfully observed. Sr. Precilla D’Cunha served as the Master of Ceremony and conducted an entertaining game session for the members. Mrs. Marina proposed the vote of thanks.

A festive breakfast and lunch were arranged for all Legion of Mary members, marking the day with joy, prayer, and fellowship.

12 Oct 2025 :ICYM Narampady Unit organized a vibrant Tug of War competition for the parishioners. The event commenced at 3:30 PM with a brief inaugural program, graced by the presence of Parish Priest Fr. Anil Francis Pinto, Vice President Mr. Wilfred Monteiro,ICYM Animator, and the ICYM President.

The event was open to both men and women of the parish, who were enthusiastically divided into teams. The competition witnessed active participation, cheerful encouragement, and a spirit of friendly rivalry. The games continued till 5:30 PM, offering an afternoon filled with laughter, fun, and community bonding.

12 Oct 2025 : Elocution Competition was held on October 12, 2025, at St. John de Britto Church at 2:00 p.m. The Parish Priest presided over the program, and Catholic Sabha President Mr. Praveen Kumar Crasta welcomed the gathering. Mrs. Reshma Rose Dsouza hosted the event.

The competition was judged by Mr. Thomas Crasta and Mrs. Nancy Priya Dsouza, with 57 students participating enthusiastically. Mr. Vilas Kumar Crasta proposed the vote of thanks, and refreshments were distributed to all participants at the end of the program.

5 october 2025: Vehicle Blessing Ceremony was held after the morning Mass, invoking God’s protection and blessings on all vehicles and their owners.

The ceremony was led by Fr. Anil Francis Pinto, who blessed two-wheelers, four-wheelers, and bicycles brought by parishioners. A special prayer was offered for the safety of all travelers, drivers, and passengers, and holy water was sprinkled over each vehicle.

2 october 2025: The ICYM Narampady Unit joyfully celebrated the Monthi Feast on 2nd October 2025 at 12:30 pm at chruch hall,bringing together the youth of the parish for a meaningful afternoon of devotion, unity, and celebration.The event was hosted by Ms. Pramila Jyothi Monteiro, who warmly welcomed the dignitaries and attendees. The program was graced by the presence of:

Rev. Fr. Anil Francis Pinto – Unit Director,Fr. Clode,Mr. Wilfred Monteiro – Parish Council Vice President,Sr. Precilla D'Cunha and Sr. Juliyana.Around 33 youth members of the parish gathered to celebrate the feast of Mother Mary, embracing the spirit of love, unity, and fellowship.

The program began with a soulful prayer song led by the ICYM Prayer Team, followed by a welcome speech delivered by ICYM President, Ms. Linda Dsouza. This was followed by a prayer service and a flower offering ceremony in honor of Mother Mary.Rev. Fr. Anil Francis Pinto then addressed the gathering with his inspiring words of wisdom, encouraging the youth to walk in faith and unity.

The second part of the program featured fun and engaging games conducted by Ms. Prewel Sandra Dsouza. The celebration also included a vibrant dance performance by ICYM members, which brought great energy and joy to the event. And we had nove together. Following this, Fr.  Close blessed the lunch prepared for the occasion. The program concluded with a vote of thanks by the ICYM Unit Secretary. Lunch was served to all gatherings which was prepared by ICYM members,fostering a spirit of togetherness and community.

1 October 2025:On the occasion of International Day of Older Persons, the ICYM Narampady Unit organized a heartfelt visit to the senior retired teachers of the parish on 1st October 2025.

A group of ICYM members took part in this meaningful initiative, visiting the homes of Mrs. Mary Curvel and Mrs. Lucy. The youth spent quality time with the teachers, engaging in warm conversations and expressing their gratitude for the years of dedicated service these educators offered to the community.

It was a deeply emotional and touching experience,the gesture was not only a show of respect but also a recognition of the vital role these teachers played in shaping the lives of many.

28 September 2025: On the occasion of World Heart Day conducted Poster Making ICYM Narampady Unit conducted poster making competition for the all the parishioners.The categories were divided from LKG to YCS into 5 categories and a open category for all ages was selected.Around 53 participants participated in the competition.Created various posters that featured different aspects of heart disease and precautionary measures for heart health.

28 September 2025: A Bible Quiz competition based on the Gospel of St. Mark was conducted for the grade 5th to YCS (Young Christian Students) group on 28th September 2025 during their catichism class under the supervision of their class teachers.

21 September 2025: The Quarterly Catechism Examination was conducted on 21 September for all catechism students from classes LKG to YCS children. The exam marked the culmination of the catechetical year, aimed at evaluating the children’s understanding of faith, Scripture, sacraments, Church teachings, and moral values.

Under the guidance of Fr.Anil Francis Pinto, the exam was well-organized by the Catechism Coordinator, teachers, and volunteers. Students wrote the exam with dedication and sincerity, showcasing the fruits of regular Sunday classes and active learning throughout the year.

16 September 2025: On the joyful occasion of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary, the Narampady parishioners organized a visit to old age home Baradka on 16 September as a gesture of love, sharing, and service.Inspired by Mother Mary’s humility and compassion, the group carried essential items, groceries, and fruits, generously contributed by parishioners. The visit aimed to bring joy and comfort to the residents of the ashram, including the elderly on the ashram visit.

14 September 2025: The Feast of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary was joyfully celebrated in all 9 wards of St John De Britto Church on and around 14 September 2025, with great devotion and active participation by ward members.These ward-level celebrations fostered unity, devotion, and family spirit, and allowed every parishioner to participate closely in the feast.

8 September 2025: The feast of the Nativity blessed virgin Mary was celebrated with great devotion and joy on 8 September 2025.The day began with the blessing of new paddy (novem) and the offering of flowers by children to Mother Mary, accompanied by the singing of the traditional hymn “Sokkod Sangata Melyan.” This was followed by a solemn festal Mass celebrated by Fr.Ivan Cordero along with Fr Anil Francis Pinto. It was followed by Holy Eucharistic mass.After the Holy Mass,for the first time blessed novem mixed with payasam was distributed to all parishers symbolizing unity, sharing, and the blessings of the new harvest.

7 September 2025: ICYM Narampady Unit Conducted Singing Competition in Collaboration with Konkani Manyatha Divas of Mand Sobhan and ICYM Mangalore Diocese and also conducted fancy dress on September 7th Sunday At 2 PM. Parish Priest Anil Francis Pinto , Avila Convent Superior and Sisters as well as Parish Vice President was Present on the occasion.Mr Bernard Monteiro and Mr John Praneeth were present as a judges. Around 95 and 84 children participated in  singing and fancy dress  competitions respectively.Children were divied into 5 categories and the competition was conducted.

5 September 2025:ICYM Narampady Unit Conducted Teachers Day Celebration on 5th September at 9:00 AM after mother marys noven at At John De Britto Church Hall.Around 35 teachers including catechism teachers and retired teachers joined the occasion.The program started with a prayer song by the icym team followed by welcome speech by Lady vice President Ishal Crasta.Parish Priest Anil Francis and Avila Convent Sisters were also present for the occasion.The event comprised of various games and activities to the teachers which was conducted jointly by ICYM and ycs students.Followed by a vote of thanks and refreshments were provided for the teachers.

31 August 2025: The Intercessory Prayer Group was officially formed at our parish on 31 August under the guidance of Fr.Anil Francis pinto with the aim of deepening the spiritual life of the parish and fostering a culture of prayer, especially for the needs of the Church, the community, and individuals in distress.

The group has committed to meet weekly for a dedicated time of adoration, Scripture reflection, Rosary, and intercession. Intentions include prayers for the sick, families, vocations, parish missions, and the global Church.

31 August 2025:The Novena in preparation for the Feast of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary was devoutly observed at our parish from 31st August to 7th September 2025.Each day began with Holy Eucharist and followed by Novena and flower offering to mother mary.The Novena was animated by nine wards and SVP.

25 August 2025:Shramadan was meaningfully organized at our parish premises from 25 to 28 August with enthusiastic participation from parishioners, youth, and volunteers.

Under the guidance of Fr.Anil Francis Pinto. various cleaning and maintenance activities were carried out over the four days. Tasks included cleaning the church surroundings, weeding the garden, and beautifying the campus.

24 August 2025: On the 24th of August, Rev. Fr. Ivan Madtha preached on the importance of Mother Mary and the miracles performed through her during the three Holy Masses held on Saturday and Sunday. His inspiring sermons deepened the devotion of the faithful towards Mother Mary. The congregation was touched by his powerful message and heartfelt words. In addition, Fr. Ivan conducted a special magic show for the little children, filling them with joy and excitement. The entire parish appreciated his presence and meaningful contribution.

17 august 2025:ICYM Narampady Unit Conducted ‘Yuva Sangam’ a yuva samavesh program for all the youths of the parish on 17th August 2025 at 2:30 PM at Church Hall.The Program was led by host Ms Mayola Dsouza who welcomed the dignitaries.The occasion was graced by Unit Director Rev. Fr Anil Francis Pinto,Parish Council Vice President Mr. Wilfred Monteiro,Secretary Mr. Rajesh lobo,Brother Lance Dsouza ,Avila Convent Superior Sr. Precilla Dsouza,Sr Precilla D’Cuhna,Mrs Veena Vas who was the chief guest for the occasion . Mr. Jhon Mervin Dsouza,Animator ICYM Narampady ,Linda Dsouza,President of the unit and Secretary Jaison Roy. About 35 youths of the parish came together for the day to celebrate the joy of this occassionand shared love ,unity and fellowship.The program began with a soulful prayer song sung by ICYM prayer team followed by welcome speech by Ms Linda Dsouza .The program was inaugurated by lighting the lamp by the honorable dignitaries.Then Unit Director adressed the gathering with his enlightening words of wisdom.

      Then the event was handed over to resource person Mrs Veena Vas who conducted a infomative session on time management and then divided the youths into groups and conducted various games.In the end ICYM members presented a dance performance and the program was concluded by a vote of thanks by Unit Secretary.

15 August 2025: The parish of St John De Britto Church joyfully celebrated India’s 79th Independence Day along with the Feast of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary on 15th August 2025.The day began with a solemn Eucharistic celebration presided over by Fr. Anil Francis Pinto, with active participation from parishioners.After the Mass, the community gathered for the flag hoisting ceremony at Fatima A L P school Narampady, where the national flag was hoisted.

27 July 2025: ICYM Narampady Unit Conducted Clean Up drive on 27th July at 9:30 AM till 3 PM Noon around the church premises as well as outside the compound.The drive began at 9:30 AM with around 25 members being a part of the mission to clean the premises of church .Though interrupted due to rain ,members continued to work despite the unfavorable conditions.Members showed their full confidence in working together to clean up the roadside areas and their by restore the beauty of the nature.

20 July 2025: ICYM Narampady Conducted Gadyaso Pormol a day in the field on 20th July Sunday.The event started off at 10:30 AM ,with an inaugural program .Attendees comprised of parish priest Fr Anil Francis Pinto , Vice President Mr Wilfred Monteiro ,Secretary Mr Rajesh Lobo,Avila Convent Sisters ,ICYM Animator and Presidnet.The event kicked off with games which were conducted based on categories divided by age.Around 250 people participated and many were present as spectators for the joyous ride in the field.Lunch was provided for all the participants and people present.The games were conducted till 5:30 PM and all the parishioners ended with a whole lot of memories and laughter.

13 July 2025: A training programme on Small Christian Community (SCC) was held on 13th July 2025, conducted by Rev. Fr. Sunil George D’Souza. The session focused on strengthening faith, unity, and active participation among parishioners through SCC activities. Fr. Sunil explained the importance of forming small groups to share the Word of God and support one another in Christian living. The programme was informative and inspiring, motivating participants to build vibrant and faith-filled communities within the parish.

7 July 2025:ICYM Narampady Unit Conducted Best out of waste competition for the children in the parish from 1st std to 10th std.The competition was held on july 7th sunday .The children were asked to prepare various items using only waste materials.This idea was implemented on the ocassion of Vanamahotsav to promote usage of waste materials and reduce the harm caused to nature by wastes.Around 81 children from the parish took active participation in the event.Fr Anil Francis Pinto and Brother Lance Dsouza joined the unit as judges who judged the competition and appreciated the caliber of children.The items were then exihibited on 13th july sunday for the church parishioners.

JUNE 8:Catechism classes for the year 2025–26 were reopened on June 8 with a solemn Holy Mass celebrated by Fr. Ivan Crasta and Parish Priest.The Parish President, Secretary, and Avila Convent Superior Sr. Presilla were present for the celebration.

The new catechism year was symbolically inaugurated by pouring water on a plant, joined by the children. The Parish Priest distributed the Holy Bible to the catechism teachers and catechism books to the students. On the same day, the teachers took their oath of commitment to begin the new academic year with faith and dedication.Best out of waste:

June 29 2025: On 29 June,a training session for the liturgy commission was held under the guidence of Fr.Rohith D costa. The session aim to deepen the understanding of liturgical practices and ensure the commission members were well prepared to lead and coordinate liturgies in the line with Church tradition and theological principals.
